JooyPOS is a cloud‑based POS, inventory and business management software. Features may be updated or improved without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details and ensuring that all activity performed through your account is authorized by you. You agree not to:
Use JooyPOS for illegal activities
Attempt to access restricted system areas
Copy, modify, resell or distribute the software
All subscriptions must be paid in advance. Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of your account. No service will be considered active without successful payment.
All business data you enter, including sales, products, customers, and reports, belongs to you. JooyPOS will never sell or share your private data with third parties.
Our system performs automatic backups and uses secure servers. However, we do not guarantee 100% protection from unexpected data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activities.
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Activation fees and used subscription periods are non‑refundable.
JooyPOS will not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Business interruptions
Any damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized access
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the system means acceptance of updated Terms.
